All your TecDoc data coverage reports, KPI reports and vehicle on road reports in one convenient place.
Unlock more sales by maximising your TecDoc data’s performance
We analyse your car parc coverage, images, PDFs, and barcode data to identify missed opportunities and areas for improvement.
With stronger car parc coverage and high-quality, complete product data, your listings become more visible, more credible, and more compelling.
The result? More conversions, increased sales, and greater revenue from every listing.
Why Your Data Coverage Report Matters
Your TecDoc data plays a critical role in how easily customers can find, compare, and purchase your products – and even small gaps in your data can result in missed sales opportunities.
Parts linked to vehicles
Are all your parts in TecDoc correctly linked to vehicles? If not, your products won’t appear when customers search for a vehicle — meaning missed visibility and lost sales opportunities.
Vehicle coverage
How much of the vehicle car parc are your products covering? If a vehicle is searched in TecDoc and you don’t have a matching part linked, your product simply won’t appear in the results.
We can provide separate coverage reports for Passenger, Light Commercial, and Commercial vehicles so you can clearly identify gaps and opportunities.
Barcodes
Do all your products have accurate barcodes linked in TecDoc? Correct barcodes help distributors process sales quickly and efficiently. Missing or incorrect barcode data can result in lost sales and ordering issues.
Images
How many of your products have high-quality images attached? A single image can help increase customer confidence, while multiple images can significantly improve engagement and conversion rates.
PDFs
Do your products include technical information and fitting instructions?* Customers are far more likely to choose products that provide clear product details, specifications, and installation guidance over products with little or no information.

In today’s competitive marketplace, data quality isn’t just an operational detail — it’s the difference between being found and being forgotten, between earning trust and losing the sale.

Helping you to understand TecDoc Terminology
TecDoc uses its own structured terminology, designed to work consistently across multiple languages and international markets. While this standardisation is powerful, it can also make it difficult to clearly understand how your data is actually performing.
Our goal is simple: to make it easy for you to identify the gaps, understand the opportunities, and take action quickly. By improving your data quality, you strengthen your TecDoc ranking, increase product visibility, and put your brand in front of more buyers.
A breakdown of useful TecDoc terminology
Articles are your Parts, and Article Numbers are your Part Numbers.
Linkages are how your Articles (Parts) are linked to vehicles – K-Types, N-Types and A-Types.
K-Types are passenger vehicles. Each passenger vehicle has its own individual K-Type number.
N-types are commercial vehicles. Each commercial vehicle has its own individual N-Type number.
A-Types are commercial trailers. Each commercial trailer has its own individual A-Type number.
Your assets include technical documents (usually PDFs) and product images linked to each Article (Part).
Assets are far more than supporting files. They are powerful tools that influence visibility, credibility and buying decisions, affecting customer experience. A good experience means they are more likely to buy your brand again. A bad experience and they may think twice next time!
Your images aren’t just “assets” – they are sales drivers
Product images may sit under “assets” in TecDoc, but in reality, they’re one of your most powerful sales tools.
High-quality, professional images build instant trust, and help customers buy with confidence. In today’s online marketplace, customers expect to see clear, detailed, multi-angle images before making a purchase decision.
If your images are blurry, low-resolution, or don’t accurately represent the product, buyers hesitate – and hesitation leads to lost sales.
We’ve all experienced it: you’re ready to make a purchase, but the images create doubt. Most customers will simply move on to a competitor with better visuals.
Investing in quality images isn’t a cosmetic upgrade. It’s a direct strategy to increase conversions, build brand credibility, and drive measurable sales growth.
Technical and fitting documentation - giving your customers useful and helpful information
Providing clear, relevant and professionally presented technical documents helps customers quickly understand product specifications, compatibility and installation requirements.*
The easier you make it for customers to access accurate information, the faster they can make a confident purchasing decision. It also encourages them to buy your brand next time they make a purchase.
In addition, complete and high-quality documentation contributes to stronger TecDoc rankings, increasing your product visibility in searches, and helping your brand stand out against competitors.
Well-managed assets don’t just support your catalogue – they increase discoverability, build trust, and directly impact sales performance.
